just print the form from their website, fill it in (about 10 questions only including ridiculous ones like about your hair/eyes colour).
hand it in along with your passport and 1 passport size photo in consulate (every day from 8am till 12pm)
pay at the till 150HKD per person
pick up your passport with visa next day after 3pm
